I love this game, but...

I made in game purchases, ended up deleting the app and when I reinstalled it my purchases were gone. I emailed to developer a few weeks ago and have yet to receive a response. Its very frustrating when you spend money on something and get nothing in return... Id appreciate a refund or my purchases restored!
